IPUG Hot Topics, Articles and Meetings in February include:
- A comprehensive 79 page response completed and submitted for the IOSCO Market Data Consultation (document is available to view on the website)
- ‘Licensing & Contracts SIG’ asks “is it possible to influence market dominant suppliers?” and produces ‘Best Practices’ questionnaire for membership review/comment.
- IPUG initiative on ‘Locations of Use’ licensing restrictions in progress.
- Refinitiv presentation to IPUG membership, included the new Data Notification system (presentation is available to view on the website).
- LSEG’s SEDOL Masterfile policy.
- IPUG follow-up January’s FCA submission with 1-1 consultation.
