CME Group have sent out a notification to consumers that there will be a new Non-Display charged for use of delayed data as of January 2024.
The fee is understood to be $250 per market (CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX) per ‘Licensee Group’ per month for Category C – Other Internal Non-Display Usage – key operational business functions including but not limited to: risk management, research and analysis, fund administration, portfolio management, and pricing activities.
Real Time Information is Information that is made available within 10 minutes of initial transmission, Delayed Information is defined as between 10 minutes and 8 hours after initial transmission, and Historical Information is Information that is 8 hours+ post-transmission.
